When you join our beta or contact us, we collect your name, email address, and any message you send. When you use the Reef Theory app, we store aquarium parameters, tasks, journal entries, and related ecosystem data you choose to log.
We use your information to provide and improve the Reef Theory experience, send relevant product updates, and respond to inquiries. We never sell your data.
Your data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. Only authorized systems and personnel can access it, and we follow industry-standard practices to keep it safe.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@reeftheoryaquatics.com.
